Beautiful shades of Grey(Kiss Blogging-Idea #75)

I never knew I had poultry beside my house. There, they rear so many large birds at an affordable rate. My aunt made me know about the place and I started patronizing them.

My very First Day of Going There, I was unconsciously at my worst behaviour. There's a Newly Built Mansion inside there, alongside the poultry, so I passed the laborers(so unlike me) flinging a hot afternoon greeting at them(well that happened because they were being flirty at that time).

I passed the Owner of both the poultry and the mansion because he was with the laborers and I never knew. I only realized this the moment he called the sales representative at the poultry store not to sell the chicken for me till he arrived.

After a few moments of apologizing he released Me and we exchanged contacts. The man started calling and sending text messages to me. One Day he persisted I came over to his and I went.

Well the guy has been making advances at me on the phone but then it proved abortive, but then reaching his place I had butterflies in my belly. I had this mindset that it will be the usual mansion decor but then I was swept off my feet with what I saw.

The decor colours were neutral colours, fine tones and shades of grey and very Little of orange. The walls were painted with white and the furniture was not heavy. The parlor was quite big but the furniture was so simple, calm, soft, and small.

I can't explain what I saw there but I loved it and it was one of my dream house decorations. He was talking to me but then I didn't listen, although I pretended to. Honestly, I fell in love with this stranger because he was so wealthy, had a good sense of fashion, decent yet no atom of an extravagant life. I mean he was a neighbor living in that beautiful building, driving a luxurious car but I never knew him because he never flaunted it around the neighborhood.

I started appreciating neutral color-themed decor when I visited my best friend's house back in high school. Her mother was an interior decorator and their house was a beautiful sight to behold. Ever since then, I have found heavily decorated houses blinding.

I fell in love with my neighbor and his house because of his minimalistic interior decor but then I fell out of love when I realised he was a flirt and a playboy.
I'm an ardent lover of neutral tones and colours throughout the home because it reduces how busy my house would look like.
This is my entry for the weekly prompt which says

For many, minimalist style goes hand in hand with neutral tones throughout the home. Do you follow this trend, or do you enjoy colourful walls and decorations?

I can totally relate to loving someone because of their sense if fashion, it's nice to see that someone is so moderate with things even when they can be extravagant if they choose to.
