I think everyone should post on any tag they want. If the content doesn't wanted by a community it can be downvoted or ignored.

And so, without further ado, I will now heavily upvote comments that either are "quality content" or just originate from account I recognize and have a rapport with. Reputation matters.

I always upvote comments because i think there are more important most time than the content itself.

Comments mean user engagement. It is also some of hive´s superpowers.
