@upvoteshares is a curation project from @costanza that aims to provide reliable upvotes based on a fair model that has proven to be sustainable and scalable over time. This Project is mainly aimed at Quality Bloggers with a long-term mindset. The model mechanics are better explained here.


Level 35

Level 35 was opened just yesterday and it sold out quickly and so did level 36 which includes 10 shares for @ervin-lemark and 40 for @freecompliments. All shares have been processed and I will make a post on Level 36 just for bookkeeping's sake later on. There hasn't been enough time yet for everyone who wants to give out their sponsorships and I will leave 7 more days from here on out for those who got into Level 35 to do so before I make the final adjustment to this post. Those in Level 36 have more time to do this, so no rush. As the account already has enough HP in it for Level 37 & 38, I will most likely end up burning all those which leaves just 1 level with 50 new shares left before things move into auto-pilot. From there on out, the only way to get in or out is by selling to or buying from existing shareholders.

I also got a delegation already from Level 35 for the next 15 weeks and I will get the delegation for level 36-37-38 in the coming months before opening level 39.


I haven't added Tribe tokens lately and I will finalize them as this project is reaching it's final stage. If anything, they are a nice little extra for those that post content in these communities but nothing more.

Next
The project is colse to completion and that is the next big milestone to reach with just 1 more level to become available. I will pay out the Curation reward dividends for Level 35 next followed by completing Level 36 which already was sold out. After that I will pay the curation reward dividends for level 37 & 38 tot finally open the final level. Level 0 Completed on 08/07/2018 and I aim to have the final level completed on 08/07/2023 to make it exactly 5-year journey going forward from there on out without new shares coming into circulation.

All shares of Level 35 & 36 are out while all shares of Level 37 & 38 are burned which only leaves Level 39 left before all shares are out. The latstes I aim to have it all completed by the 8th of July This year which makes it exactly 5 years since Level 0 went out.

I read all the documentation after reading 3-4 posts). Okay, there is one level left, but why is there no desire to go on?

I saw that now the opportunity to purchase shares will only be available from the hands of other users. But how will this be implemented? Write to users directly, or maybe you will offer to buy if someone wants to come out?

The plan has always been for this project to be somewhat of a smaller scale proof of concept without the intention to automate everything which would be needed to become really big. The more levels there are the harder it becomes to manage and I want to keep it at a size where if somehow something goes wrong (with a hack or so) I would be able to still pay everyone back with my own funds. Also it takes quite some time to move to the next level and for each one I put up 10% extra in funds.

So 40 Levels in total after 5 years is a nice conclusion to let things fully run automatically while the curation rewards further increases the upvotes and value of the shareholders. As in how it will be implemented, the way I see it people that want in can get in a waiting list and if someone wants to sell I'll make a post about it. This way it should be easy to come to an agreement of the transfer of the shares.

So far in 5 years, there has only been 1 person selling a couple of shares as he needed the money. The program is designed mainly for those who are in it for the long run, most however give up at some point and don't bother selling their shares or like to keep them if they ever get back to it. This is a big part of where the value comes from for Shareholders who keep going.

Overall everything so far has worked out exactly as designed and I'm glad that this is one of the only projects that is still standing strong and will keep going normally for many years to come.

I've been delaying it for months now to open the last level as I've been busy. I do want to get the program complete so it fully can go into auto-mode in 2024 and beyond.

With automation I mean that I all runs properly giving everyone good returns without the need for more people to come in or for me to do anything. This is the case already right now which makes it easy for me to procrastinate on finalising things.

I do manually claim the curation rewards each week now and I should have some time in the coming weeks to move things forward. Thanks for the patience!
