My Actifit Report Card: October 11 2021
Another beautiful cool and sunny Autumn day to start the new week.
It was nice to relax and get out for a long walk after our last-minute long dog transport drive yesterday to help get a lovely yellow Lab down to Phoenix (a story for tomorrow maybe).
A later start as I looped around the quiet residential roads up on the hills behind our RV park. My legs felt good and I maintained a quick 4 mph pace even going up several nice hills. It felt great to be moving this well after all the miles driving yesterday and I'm hoping it keeps getting better through to 2022 (especially as I'm signed up for a 100 miler next February).
Just 4 months to prepare for that long and hard grind but if it means a long 30 hour walk, oh well😂
Nothing else exciting today and nasty windy weather is coming through tonight and tomorrow so we'll see how it goes in the morning.
