DELICIOUS ICE CREAM CAKE WITH CHOCOLATE OREO COOKIES (ENG-ESP)

Hello to all my dear friends in this lovely community. I know I've been a little absent and haven't been writing as much as I was a few months ago, but well, things have changed and nothing is the same anymore. However, today I wanted to write this little post because this delicious dessert caught my attention, and I'm going to share it with you here. It's an ice cream cake with a cream filling and a surface covered in pure chocolate Oreo cookies. It's a brand of cake I wasn't familiar with, of course, it's from here, from Colombia.

Hola a todos mis querido amigos de esta linda comunidad se que me he encontrado algo desaparecida que no he escribiendo con la misma intensidad que lo venía siendo hace meses atrás, pero bueno hay cosas que han cambiado y ya nada es igual pero hoy quise hacer este pequeño post ya que me llamó mucho la atención este rico, postre que aquí les voy a compartir se trata de una torta helada que venía de crema y una superficie cubierta de pura galleta oreo de chocolate es una marca de torta que no conocía claro está es de aquí de Colombia,

This cake had a small cookie base topped with rich and creamy vanilla ice cream and decorated, as I said at the beginning, with small pieces of Oreo cookies. Pero les puedo decir que es muy rica, empezando porque tenía una presentación bastante bonita que también pensé que podía servir para darlas como detalle o un pequeño regalo a esa persona especial. Esta torta tenía una pequeña base de galleta continuada por un rico y cremoso helado de crema de vainilla y decorado, como les dije al principio, con puros trocitos de galleta Oreo bastante proporcionada. Estaba muy rico, muy cremoso y muy suave. Es un helado que recomiendo mucho para disfrutar en familia, para compartir esos momentos especiales. Bueno, amigo, me despido de ustedes hasta otra oportunidad. Espero que le guste mi post.
