DELICIOSO CHOCOLATE CALIENTE/ DELICIOUS HOT CHOCOLATE (ESP-ENG)

Queridos amigos de esta comunidad hoy les traigo esta rica preparación de chocolate caliente que realice para repartir en el rosario que le hice mi difunto esposo en conmemoración a 9 años de su partida ya es tradicional repartir algo al finalizar el rezo lo más común en dar ea el popular chocolate caliente lo más esperado por todos.
Pues bien, me dispuse a comprar los ingredientes para su suculenta preparación que contaba de diversos ingredientes tales como:

INGREDIENTES:
-200 g de cacao en polvo.
-1 kg de azúcar.
-300 g de maicena.
-500 g de leche en polvo.
-Canela, clavo especie a su gusto.
-Una cucharadita de sal.

Una vez adquiridos todos los ingredientes espere una hora determinada para montar el chocolate para que al momento de servirlo estuviese un poco caliente, ya que esta preparación se toma así, bueno llegó su hora de preparación de este gustoso chocolate a continuación le especifico paso a pasa su realización.

PREPARACIÓN:
PASO 1
Procedo a buscar una olla suficientemente grande para realizar su preparación, mientras en otra coloque a hervir los clavos de olor con la canela en rama una vez bien hervido y que hayan soltado todo su sabor los coles y lo pase a la olla más grande con suficiente agua para qué continuará hirviendo ya colado, mientras esperaba su hervor

PREPARATION:
STEP 1

Puse a mezclar en la licuadora con agua el azúcar, el cacao con un chocolate azucarado que había comprado para luego pasarlo a la olla para que hirviera junto con lo ya puesto y por supuesto la cucharadita de sal.

Ya una vez todo lo anterior colocado en la olla a esperar hervir, procedí a licuar la leche con la maicena y colocarlo en la olla, empezando a hacer ebullición e ir removiendo sin parar para que no se le haga grumos hasta que vuelva a empezar a hervir y llegar al punto de espesor deseado.
