AN AFTERNOON OF SALCHIPAPA [ENG-ESP]

Hello, my dear friends in this lovely, beautiful community. Today, as always, I’m sharing every moment I’ve experienced with you. On this occasion, I’m bringing you an afternoon of salchipapa spent with my son and daughter-in-law at home. It was an afternoon when we didn’t feel like going out and decided to order something to eat, as we didn’t feel like cooking either. So we wanted to order a salchipapa from Alex; that’s the name of the place where they sell it. A really delicious salchipapa that comes with everything. When I say ‘everything’, I mean it comes with sweetcorn, beef, shredded beef, shredded chicken, pork crackling, plantain, ripio, chips, bacon, cheese, sausage – the main ingredient – and all the accompanying sauces. A really delicious salchipapa that we all devoured in no time at all.

Hola, mis queridos amigos de esta linda y hermosa comunidad. Hoy, como siempre, compartiendo con ustedes cada momento vivido. En esta oportunidad les traigo una tarde de salchipapa al lado de mi hijo, mi nuera, en el apartamento. Fue una tarde en la que no quisimos salir y decidimos pedir algo para comer, ya que tampoco teníamos ganas de cocinar. Entonces queríamos pedir una salchipapa de Alex; así se llama el local donde la venden. Una salchipapa muy rica y que viene con todo. Cuando digo con todo, es porque trae maíz, carne, carne mechada, pollo mechado, chicharrón, plátano, ripio, papas fritas, tocineta, queso, salchicha, ingrediente principal y sus respectivas salsas. Una salchipapa muy rica y que entre todos la devoramos en un dos por tres.

We were eagerly awaiting its arrival, as we were also very hungry, but I think it was more the time it took to arrive than the time it took to eat it, because we devoured it in the blink of an eye. A really delicious salchipapa, highly recommended; I’d order it again and again, and it’s very well packaged too.
It’s such a pleasure to share these fun moments with the family. I hope we can repeat them time and again, and that they get even better each time. Estábamos ansiosos esperando que llegara, ya que también teníamos mucha hambre, pero creo que más fue el tiempo que demoró en llegar que el que demoró en estar con nosotros, porque la devoramos en un abrir y cerrar de ojos. Muy rica salchipapa, muy recomendada; la volvería a pedir una y otra vez, además de que viene muy bien envasada.
Es muy grato compartir estos momentos divertidos en familia. Espero que siempre se repitan y que cada vez sean mejores.
