Baby Steps Matter Too

I surely cannot remember what or how my 1st birthday on mother earth looked like or felt but what I certainly do remember is what my first year anniversary on Hive looks and feel like .

Just like yesterday, I was oppourtuned to come across such an amazing , englightening and valueable blockchain platform called Hive blog .

Yeah right ! the 5th of January last year was exactly the day I signed up on Hive blog . Ever since then I must say the experience has been so blissful and that I mean with no iota of deceit .

As soon as I got hooked up on Hive I saw the valid reason why engagements on here is a major strength for any user who pays attention to it .

I could not help but notice the unrelentless support ,advice and instructions given by pioneers to we the newbies as soon as we came onboard . I must say it personally did make me feel welcomed to the Hive community.

In my first activities on here I must say I was attracted and fascinated by the various communities existing on the Hive blockchain platform . Yeah right ! More than 100 various communities exists on Hive .

Of course the communities are so many for one not to have range of choices to choose from. On the Hive blockchain platform I decided to join about 11 communities. They are Leofinance, Proofofbrain,Loving Hive , Sports talk social , Hive naija, Hive learners ,Actifit, Weekend experiences, Thoughtful daily posts, Freewriters and Blockchain poets.

These above mentioned communities I really do find them interesting and I try to relate and engage with any content I stumble on in any of these Hive communities.

Leofinance for example has helped me a great deal in sharpening and widening my horizons when it comes matters and activities relating to the cryptosphere.

Proof of brain (PoB) is also a community on Hive I find interesting. It is a proof-of-work (PoW) consensus mechanism in which the validators of new blocks are selected based on the amount of content they have created for the platform.

This is typically done through a process called "curating," in which users upvote or downvote content, and the content with the most upvotes is considered the most valuable and is rewarded with tokens.

PoB is often used in social media and content-sharing platforms as a way to incentivize users to create and share high-quality content.

My go to sport channel on here is the Sports talk social community. SportstalkSocial is a sports social media platform that allows fans to discuss and share their opinions on a variety of sports topics. It is a place for fans to connect with each other and with the sports they love.

When I want to sharpen my poetic skills you will find me in the Blockchainpoets community. Here, you will find amazing poetic contents that will blow your mind of and really get you thinking .

When I want to have a feel of what's going on in my country, I often visit the Hive naija community. It is such an interesting and engaging community as well .

I regularly do play football every Saturday morning . This fact I'm always putting into writing in the Actifit community.

To be a good Hivian, I learn thoroughly from the Hive learners community. In this community is where newbies are actually being put through various do(s) and don't (s) of the blockchain platform. Also you can improve your writing skills on here through various writing contents that often come up which of course comes with rewards for outstanding content providers.

Hive is indeed a decentralized platform for blogging and social media that uses blockchain technology and a cryptocurrency called Hive tokens. It is similar to other social media platforms like Twitter, but users can earn tokens by creating and curating content, and can use tokens to vote on content and fund projects.

I must say the past 365 days on here has been really worth it and I've enjoyed every bit of it . I'm still actively learning the ropes on here and as I will always say it's a marathon race not a sprint on here . Baby steps matter too!!
