The sandfish

The "sandfish" is actually a small creature called Solifuge, also known as a spider-camel.

As for their origin, Solifugae belong to the order Solifugae, which is a classification within the arachnid group.

They have an evolutionary history dating back millions of years, and are believed to have existed since the Devonian period, approximately 400 million years ago.

Because of their ability to survive in extreme conditions, Solifugids have adapted to different desert environments around the world.

Although they may vary in size and specific characteristics depending on the species and region, they all share similar adaptations for moving and surviving in an arid environment.
