Waiting for the quinquennial of this absurd lustrum
It's "Portfolio Day" so I thought I would share some of my batshit artwork.
Some pieces are older; form back in college.
Others are newer pieces; a reaction to the strange times that made me question my sanity and the very nature of surrealism when reality itself is in question.
I must admit; my own sanity is question mark; but when held up among other assertions of reality; my version is quieter but it holds up.
I have used various materials over the years; from colored pencil to collage; sometimes with digital retouching for the internet.

I try to feature your work in our community curation posts as often as you share it here in the community. I think your work has a very distinct style to it that really captures my attention. I know i can't be the only one that feels that way.
Your style gives me a deep sense and feel of the oil pastel medium in some of the textured tones you create with vivid color. Your use of light and dark is really interesting. It kind of reminds me of this guy's art.

My dear human... absolutely. If someone weren't freaking out 'round about now I would question their sanity.
I mean... sanity being that a person is awake and fully present. Aware of what's happening around them. And truth.
