I hate the phrase "even if it only saves one life"

When we never look, never can ask, how many lives did it cost?

The CCP virus lockdown is worse than the CCP virus, as it has killed more people.
Mask wearing, except in known bad situations, with the correct mask, kills more people than it helps.

So how many people are being saved by bombing Syria?
