A Beautiful Terrace by the River
Good morning, friends!
Here's a new shot for the #treetuesday series!
This scene was captured from the Ponte de São Gonçalo (Saint Gonçalo Bridge). Right next to this bridge there's a very cool café with a lovely outdoors patio where you can enjoy the nice views over the river while you pick up something to eat and drink. 🥐🍻
What a perfect place to set up such a business! 🤗
The food business is very difficult. Nevertheless, with a spot like this it is a slam dunk. This this café simply couldn't fail... and to prove it, the place is always packed. Around lunch and in the evening it's almost impossible to find a free table.
When the sun is too hot, they open the umbrellas so you won't toast. 😎
If you ever come to this town be sure to stop by this place, you won't regret it.

No, not much, this isn't one of the main cities in Portugal, so they cannot afford to hijack the prices much! 😊

@trincowski It looks very nice. We were south of there a few years back, by the Duoro River and into Porto. Hopefully another on trip we can visit Ponte de São Gonçalo.
I hope you can... but with this covid thing, I don't even see when that's going to be possible. I don't even try to travel abroad anymore. 😖
