He Had Enough

"Ouch!" Joe yelped as, laces trapped beneath his bully's shoe, he stumbled and skid. The bully, towering over him, laughed cruelly. Tears of anger burning his eyes, Joe stood. Tiny stones cutting into the palm of his hand, he formed fists.

In my interpretation, I explored the idea of a little boy who's been pushed around one time too many. He's angry and he's ready to fight back.
