Hello Hiver! How are you today? Hey, people who love to enjoy delicious food, today I bring you a delicious, new dish that I created by myself, and it is very easy to make. The dish is extremely delicious, the sweetness of fish, the aroma of green onions and spinach blend together, extremely fragrant without the fishy smell of fish at all. Today I went to the market and saw fresh Flounder fish, and I bought about 200g to cook a new dish, my first time cooking. In Vietnam, strabismus is an expensive fish and its meat is often used to make delicious dishes. The flounder is a type of freshwater fish. The dishes made from this fish are very nutritious and delicious, easy to prepare. In Vietnam, this fish is often sold in the market in a cleaned form, then the seller will cut the fish in half, then use a spoon to scrape the meat, and remove the skin.

Ingredients include:

  • 200g of calamari
  • 10g green onions
  • 3 chicken eggs
  • Dill leaves are 2 stalks
  • Spices: ground pepper, seasoning, sugar.
  • Spinach: 3 leaves

Making:

Step 1:Wash spinach and green onions, dill. Then minced.

Step 2: MIX THE FISH
Mix the fish cake mixture with the ingredients according to the seasoning recipe:

  • 1 teaspoon of MSG
  • 1 teaspoon ground pepper
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 2 teaspoons of sugar
  • 2 teaspoons seasoning seeds
    -ADD THE VEGETABLES TO THE MIX.
    Knead vigorously and evenly so that the mixture is coated, it will be tougher after steaming.

Let the mixture rest for 10 minutes.

Step 3: Crack eggs and add 2 teaspoons of soy sauce, 1 teaspoon of fish sauce, and half a teaspoon of sugar. Then beat evenly. Put the pan on the stove and start frying the eggs. Put half in the pan first, tilting the pan to evenly shape the eggs. The second time does the same thing. Will be pieces of eggs.

STEP 4: ROLL
Put a sufficient amount of filling in the egg as in the picture below. Then roll as in the picture.

STEP 5: STEAM ONLY
Bring spring rolls to steam for 15 minutes on medium heat.
After the rolls are cooked, take them out to cool for 10 minutes and then cut into slices.
Steamed fish cake can be eaten in the refrigerator gradually. When eating, just bring it out to defrost in the microwave or bake, fry it.

My family will eat fried rice with mayonnaise + chilli sauce or cook noodles, sandwiches are delicious and convenient.
