🍴 Un rico sándwich de salchicha y papa/🍴 A tasty sausage and potato sandwich
Hola a todos, una versión de salchipapa hecha sándwich, hoy fue unos de esos días que quería desayunar sabroso, sin pasar mucho tiempo en la cocina.
Hello everyone, a version of salchipapa made sandwich, today was one of those days that I wanted to have a tasty breakfast, without spending a lot of time in the kitchen.
Ingredientes:
- Rebanadas de pan.
- Salchichas.
- Queso semi duro.
- 1 cebolla.
- 1 papa.
- Mayonesa.
Ingredients:

- Sausages.
- Semi-hard cheese.
- 1 onion.
- 1 potato.
- Mayonnaise.
Preparación:
Lo primero es cocinar la salchichas, luego se raya la cebolla y el queso y luego lo mezclamos.

The first thing is to cook the sausage, then grate the onion and cheese and then mix it.
Ya cocidas la salchichas se pican en rueditas.
Once the sausages are cooked, they are chopped into small rolls.
Seguidamente las papas la pelamos y cortamos según su preferencia, a mi me gustan en rebanadas, tipo chips. Luego la freímos.
Then we peel and cut the potatoes according to your preference, I like them in slices, like chips. Then we fry them.
Se colocan las dos rebanadas de pan, se le agrega la salsa, yo combine la mayonesa con picante, Luego se colocan la salchichas.
Place the two slices of bread, add the sauce, I combined the mayonnaise with spicy, then place the sausages.
Seguidamente se agrega la mezcla del queso con la cebolla.
Then add the cheese mixture with the onion.
Se colocan en un sartén para fundir el queso, es mi parte favorita.
They are placed in a frying pan to melt the cheese, it is my favorite part.
Luego colocamos las papas fritas, y tostamos las otras dos rebanada de pan.
Then we place the french fries, and toast the other two slices of bread.
Y listo un sándwich con sabor a salchipapa. Rico, sabroso.
And ready a sandwich with salchipapa flavor. Yummy, tasty.
