Does that mean that the tokens that were locked for 90 days will be released after 30 days or is it only for the new harvested tokens?

It will update for all tokens currently in the claim lock. So if you have waited 27 days so far, then you only need to wait 3 more (the timer doesn't reset). Although very few people have waited to claim recently
