What are good callendar options for someone who does most of their work on a WIndows computer but want to have their callendar sync to their iPhone?

Microsoft Calendar (built into Windows) syncs seamlessly with iPhone via a Microsoft account—add your account in the iOS Calendar app for bidirectional sync.
Outlook is another strong option; it's native on Windows and syncs calendars directly to iPhone through the free Outlook app.
Google Calendar works well cross-platform: Use the web/PWA on Windows and the iOS app for instant sync via Google account.
Apple's iCloud Calendar syncs via web on Windows (icloud.com) or the iCloud for Windows app, then to iPhone natively.

But it was somewhat useful... I didnt know about the icloud alternative as I'mkinda new to iOS so might give that a try!
