RE: Ladder Anxiety!

This is a better approach to dealing with anxiety and how to self-improve than some scientific papers I've read so congrats on that

I didn't know the term Ladder Anxiety but it makes perfect sense. I struggle with it constantly and I'm always trying to learn new ways to beat it.
