TWS Crew Topic: Ronel Olaveria A Talented Kid From Taytay Crew

Welcome to episode #55 of "Two Tricks In A Row". When we skated at Taytay skate spot in Taytay, Rizal we met a new friend and his name is Ronel Olaveria. A super talented 12-year-old kid from Taytay Crew. I couldn't believe it because at his age he had a bag of tricks and I could tell that because he was so cool every time he stood on his board. When we saw him his alone that's why we asked him if he wanted to join and skate with us. By the time he dropped off his bag, he rode his board fast towards the rail and he landed a Backside Boardslide first try just like that.

After an hour I asked him If it was okay to film him and he answered yes. He told me he wanted to execute the Kickflip and Halfcab Boardslide in a single row. He started in Kickflip and he really pulled out this trick but he struggled to land the Halfcab Boardslide at the end of the day he landed those two tricks in a single row. I know he is not part of our crew but it's nice to meet a new friend I hope we see him again.

On his first try, Ronel failed to land a Kickflip because he put a lot of pressure on his both knees that's why the board stopped and he fell to his board.

After he failed to land a Kickflip on his first try he wanted to try again. This time on his second try he landed the Kickflip perfectly and he pushed his board towards the rail but he failed to land a Halfcab Boardslide perfectly.

Finally, after multiple failures, Ronel managed to land a Kickflip and Halfcab Boardslide perfectly on the fourth try. He lands a Halfcab Boardslide really well he never stops until he lands those tricks in a single. I must say this kid is really brave and I think he has a good future in skateboarding.
