Lolong

Exactly 11 years now the world's largest saltwater crocodile was captured alive named 'Lolong'. In September 2011 Lolong was caught in Agusan Del Sur, Philippines at 20.24 feet (6.17 meters) long. All over the Philippines on local televisions, more of my fellow Filipinos are shocks when Lolong is caught just because that is the first we saw a super large crocodile caught in the Philippines. Back then when I watched the news they said the reason why they captured this crocodile was just that they allegedly saw this crocodile eating a fisherman and a schoolgirl.

But the bad news is after 2 years of captivity in 2013 Lolong died due to stress and infection. In my research, the name Lolong is from the crocodile named Lolong the one who was caught this crocodile. As I remember after Lolong was caught they put him on one of the crocodile farms. Many people want to see Lolong that's why every day they visit Lolong to take a photograph of this poor crocodile. This replica of Lolong is used in one of the 'Teleserye' in local television called 'Lolong' a fantasy and action drama series here in the Philippines. Every night from Monday to Friday you can watch this tv series on Channel 7 on GMA.

Look how Lolong is big even though I know this crocodile is a replica it's still creepy.

This is what it looks of Lolong abdomens it's really, really so big.

Please Note: In this article, all the images are mine I captured them using my Realme 5 Pro.

Ou I remember Lolong. There's one also at Luneta Park but not as realistic as this.
