Insect Photography #65: Red Vesbius Assassin Bug

Assassin Bug

I found this bug crawling outside of our window I thought it's a Red Bug but that is Assassin Bug. The appearance, the color they both similar but the red bug has more black dots and the color of the head of the red bug is color red. But the assassin bug has only one black dot above its wings and the color of the head of the assassin bug is color black.

The name of this bug was a little bit scary are they carried diseases or what? They crawling like a ninja but they are also run so fast and they can able to fly too. This assassin bug it's also similar to the human sucking blood bug but the color of the bug is color black and that is venomous. I also found this bug can use its mouth to piercing its prey.

I found this assassin bug at the edge of the window. Same as the ordinary bugs the assassin bug has also six long legs and a long antenna. But one thing that I noticed about this bug is they have a long tentacle located at the front of their mouth maybe they used to catch some prey and to sucks.

The shape of the body of the assassin bug is oblong or slender. The color of their body is color orange with dot black and the shape of their legs is slender long.
