椰香排包之嗅觉失灵

这两天烘培群里的厨友们都在纷纷晒椰蓉面包，看得我手痒🤣🤣奈何家里没有椰蓉，不然依我性格早就按耐不住了。。

但是我马上网购了椰蓉，昨天到货了马上就安排了，，随便搜了一个方就开始了，天气太冷了 发酵用了大半天时间😭下午2点左右就等着发酵了，两次发酵等……啊等……一直到晚饭后才可以烤😂

太随便的后果就是面包口感没有达到我想要的状态😔这个方子不会出现在我的收藏表里了。。面包出炉母亲大人说椰香味太浓了，闻着还没吃都有点腻的感觉~但是我一点没闻到😳好像有点不对劲，平时鼻子最灵了……怎么椰香都闻不到了呢？？？

好像也没有吃出，，还是花巨资买的椰蓉呢😂下次在试过吧……
