My Actifit Report Card: September 29 2022
Dnes sme narazili na kolóniu kolónií "električiek" - Cifrušiek bezkrídlych (Pyrrhocoris apterus). Prečo sa ale takto zgrupujú sa mi zistiť nepodarilo.

Dear @timehacker,
May I ask you to review and support the Dev Marketing Proposal (https://peakd.com/me/proposals/232) we presented on Conference Day 1 at HiveFest?
The campaign aims to onboard new application developers to grow our ecosystem. If you missed the presentation, you can watch it on YouTube.
You cast your vote for the proposal on Peakd, Ecency, Hive.blog or using HiveSigner.
Thank you!
Dear @arcange,
I've read your proposal and I will support it. I agree that this is indeed something that Hive needs.
However, I have to note that this part of the proposal:
"When briefing the agency on the topic, Hilarious Agency rapidly came back with the feedback that the Hive ecosystem is way too complex. We have several websites and information is hard to find. Furthermore, a recent study internal to Hive shows that the resources and tutorials are not optimal for now to jump on Hive and comprehend Hive’s concepts."
is valid also for regular users, not only for developers.
From my own experience: I've been active on Steem long time ago. Last year I've decided to check it again and all people I knew seemed to be gone. After a lot of searching I found that there was a fork and now there's also Hive. But even though I had some previous experience with Steem, figuring out how everything works and realizing that Hive has several different random-named front-ends which at first glance don't seem to have anything in common, took me quite some time. I knew only Steemit before.
Honestly, I can't imagine an average internet user hopping in to Hive without somebody explaining him/her how it works in advance. And somebody joining Hive via Splinterlands or Actifit might have no clue that PeakD or Ecency are part of the same Hive. The information about Hive is just too complex and scattered at the same time. This IMHO significantly limits onboarding average users like me.
Imagine, if the Hive ecosystem is way too complex for IT developers, how can it look like from a perspective of an average internet user.
Maybe it's just me being useless, I don't know... but what I wanted to say by all this, is that building a similar platform for regular (non-dev) users might also be worth it.
An any case, I wish you all the best with your project!
Thank you for your support and feedback @timehacker, really appreciate it! 👍
I know how complex Hive can be for newcomers and how hard onboarding can be too
My wish is too simplify it and support project where users may even don't know about Hive and ask its subtleties.
