Greetings friends of this passionate community for the seventh art, today I want to tell you a review about the movie "The Boy and the Heron", I recently saw this movie and I want to share with you my opinion.
Saludos amigos de esta apasionada comunidad por el séptimo arte, hoy quiero comentarles una reseña sobre la película "El niño y la garza", recientemente vi esta película y quiero compartir con ustedes mi criterio.
It is a film whose main theme is the process of losing and grieving a loved one, where the story revolves around a child who loses his mother.
The father of this child, after some time, finds a partner and they start a new family, and then they leave the city and go to live in a house near the factory where the father works, and he owns it.
Es una película que tiene como tema principal el proceso de perdida y duelo de un ser querido, donde la historia gira alrededor de un niño que pierde a su madre.
El padre de este niño, después de algún tiempo, encuentra pareja y comienzan una nueva familia, y entonces abandonan la ciudad y van a vivir a una casa cerca de la fábrica donde trabaja el padre, que es dueño de la misma.
This house and this place keep some mysteries that they do not take long to reveal; A heron being one of the characters that accompany the child during his journey through paradoxical worlds full of magic that in my opinion represent the different stages and processes of grief.
The animation of the film is luxurious, typical of this house and the producer, it is characterized by grotesque and morbid characters, the personification of animals through surreal transformations.
Esta casa y este lugar guardan algunos misterios que no demoran en revelar; Siendo una garza uno de los personajes que acompañan al niño durante su viaje a través de mundos paradójicos llenos de magia que en mi opinión representan las diferentes etapas y procesos del duelo.
La animación de la película es de lujo, típica de esta casa y del productor, se caracteriza por personajes grotescos y morbosos, la personificación de animales a través de transformaciones surrealistas.
The soundtrack is equally good, in this case it does not reach and I believe that with all intention it does not lead the viewer to ecstasy, but rather shows the way and lets the viewer be the one who thinks or gets to where they want to go. .
To me it seemed like a loaded film, at first it seemed like a tired story, that I was seeing more of the same, but little by little I discovered that true art was hidden in it.
The story is not about making you cry until you run out of tears, in fact it didn't make me shed a single tear, but it immerses you in a casual and deep way in the theme of this film.
La banda sonora está igual de bien, en este caso no llega y creo que con toda intención no llega a conducir al espectador hasta el éxtasis, sino más bien le muestra el camino y deja que sea el espectador quien piense o llegue a donde quiera llegar.
A mí me pareció una película cargada, en un principio me pareció una historia cansada, que estaba viendo más de lo mismo, pero poco a poco fui descubriendo que se escondía verdadero arte en ella.
La historia no va de hacerte llorar hasta que te quedes sin lágrimas, de hecho no me hizo soltar una sola lágrima, pero te sumerge de una forma casual y profunda en la temática de este filme.

In this case I didn't see it that way and I think that was the intention; However, it can put the viewer in that limbo, which can be represented by experiencing the loss of a loved one. So, following that line, I think the film is a pure masterpiece.
Mientras la veía me parecía una representación fiel de la pedida como concepto, donde a veces pasan cosas asombrosas que no perturban para nada al personaje implicado dando entender que está ajeno y distante aunque enfocado y decidido o solamente existiendo durante la trama extravagante de la película.
Algo que me pareció un poco particular de este filme, ya que después de cambio de escena tras haber ocurrido un desenlace extraordinario, los personajes actúan comúnmente como si nada hubiera pasado, normalmente el personaje principal siempre se muestra excitado y esto ayuda a que el espectador también lo esté
En este caso no lo vi así y creo que fue esa la intención; sin embargo, puede poner al espectador en ese limbo, el cual puede ser representado al experimentar una perdida de un ser querido. Entonces, siguiendo esa línea, creo que la película es una pura obra maestra.
This is not an ordinary movie, I think I would put it in the special category, there is something hidden there like when you look at any work of art, that's why my recommendation is to watch it in a quiet environment, with nothing in your head to think about and play. to interpret it while you watch it, since even the main character himself seems to be doing this.
Normally, people experience the grieving process in different ways and forms, and this was subtly evident in the film.
I recommend this film 100%, but I also warn that you also have to have a certain aesthetic taste and inclination towards this type of animated works, since if it is not common for you to consume this type of audiovisuals it may seem quite the opposite to you.
Esta no es una película común, creo que las pondría en la categoría de especiales, hay algo escondido ahí como cuando miras cualquier obra de arte, por eso mi recomendación es verla en un ambiente tranquilo, sin nada en la cabeza en que pensar y jugar a interpretarla mientras la observas, ya que hasta el mismo personaje principal parece estar haciendo esto.
Normalmente, las personas experimentan el proceso de duelo de diferentes formas y maneras, y esto se puso en evidencia sutilmente en el filme.
Recomiendo esta película al 100%, pero también advierto que también hay que tener cierto gusto estético e inclinación hacia este tipo de obras de animación, ya que si no es común para ti consumir este tipo de audiovisuales puede parecerte todo lo contrario.
