Wednesday Walk - Walking in the First Days of Autumn

Greetings everyone from another Wednesday Walk! It feels great to be sharing another post here. This is one of my sources of motivation for exercising and walking. It's a community that inspires me to take photos when I see something beautiful.

Yeni bir Wednesday Walk gününden herkese selamlar. Tekrar burada yeni bir gönderi paylaşıyor olmak harika hissetiriyor. Egzersiz yapmamın, yürüyüş yapmamın motivasyon kaynaklarından biri burası. Güzel bir şey gördüğümde fotoğrafını çekmemi tetikleyen bir topluluk burası.

We're experiencing the first days of autumn. The weather has gotten quite cold. It's especially cold at night and in the early mornings. You have to wear warm clothes to avoid getting cold. Actually, for me, this is the ideal time for walking. Feeling slightly chilly, increasing the pace, and maintaining that balance feels good. Unfortunately, I couldn't do my evening and morning runs this year. I still have time until winter, it's not too late yet.

Sonbahar mevsiminin ilk günlerini yaşıyoruz. Havalar iyice şekilde soğudu. Özellikle gece vakti, sabahın erken saatleri oldukça soğuk. Üşümemek kalın şeyler giymek zorundasınız. Aslında yürüyüş yapmak için benim adıma en ideal dönemler. Hafiften üşüyüp tempoyu artırıp o dengeyi korumak iyi hissetiriyor. Maalesef bu yıl akşam ve sabah koşularını yapamadım. Kış mevsimine kadar vaktim var, henüz geç kalmış değilim.

The leaves are still green, but in about a month we'll start to see them turn yellow. That period is very dramatic. It's both a visual feast and a realization that a season is coming to an end, that something is over. In the mountains, the yellowing started a long time ago. Without water, plants turn yellow after a while and then die.

Yapraklar hala yeşil, bir ay içinde yapraklarda sararmalar görmeye başlarız. O dönem çok dramatik oluyor. There's a beautiful stream that runs through the city. Especially in spring, the stream's flow increases with snowmelt and rainwater. Concrete is being poured on both sides and the streambed. Not only does it look unsightly, but it also means the death of the creatures that live there, that they will no longer be able to survive. It's truly difficult to understand why people so easily disrupt the balance of nature.

Şehrin içinden geçen çok güzel bir dere var. Özellikle ilkbaharda derenin debisi kar erimeleri yağmur sularıyla birlikte artıyor. Derenin her iki yanına ve zeminine beton dökülüyor. Hem görsel olarak iyi görünmüyor hem de orada yaşayan canlıların ölmesi, orada canlıların artık yaşamaması demek. İnsanların doğanın dengesi ile neden bu kadar rahat şekilde oynar doğrusu anlamak zor.

My friend has a garden a little way from the city. She grows and plants as much as she can get her hands on. Although there are houses nearby, it's far from the noise. It's an ideal place to relax. That's all for this week. See you next week.
