Be sure to update with latest protocols by reading at least to end of chapter 6 of the MMS Health Recovery Guidebook . Starting protocol takes about four days before begining protocol 1000 with one drop doses. And, if no improvement after one week them Mould protocol should be used which requires bentonite clay and DMSO, so good to stock up on them beforehand. And to do a 21 day cleanse anyway.
