My Friday and Actifit Report Card: September 30 2022
On Friday, I met this pigeon and we hung out for a while before she flew away.
Afterward, I did some research and I think we can identify our friend more specifically as a spotted dove (Spilopelia chinensis) Source.
In today's post, I share a few pictures from Friday, along with my Actifit Report Card. This post is inspired by today's Alive Chat topic: Alive Chat September 30, 2022 - Daily Prize Drawing OPEN For Entries - Today's Topic: Share Your Friday - What Are You Up To Today?
Today I woke up early and got a pic of sunrise. But most of the day was spent sitting inside. In the evening I got a walk in, it started to rain. I got really wet but it felt refreshing.
After I got home, my daughter and I watched a few more episodes of Avatar: The Last Airbender, read a few stories and called it a day.
By the end of the day, I hit 8,553 steps, below my daily minimum goal of 10,000 steps, and breaking my 6-day streak. That's ok, it is good motivation to aim for a higher activity count tomorrow.
