Empezaremos con medir 50 ml de trementina con nuestro vaso medidor y lo vertimos en el mortero, con la báscula vamos a pesar 30 gr de alcanfor, 20 gr de mentol cristalizado y lo colocamos en el mortero y con ayuda del pistilo lo removemos hasta que todo adopte una forma líquida.

Luego de esto en un envase lo suficientemente grande vertimos 870 ml de alcohol absoluto, 30 ml de aceite de ballena, los 100 ml del preparado de trementina, alcanfor y mentol, luego lo movemos todo hasta que se mezcle correctamente, por último agregamos unas gotas de nuestra esencia y listo tenemos una "Fricción aromática", para mayor comodidad y más facilidad de uso les recomendaría que hechen una pequeña cantidad de la fórmula en una envase con atomizador para que puedan aplicarlo mucho más fácil.

Ahora como explicamos el uso de cada uno de los componentes utilizados:

Trementina de pino, es utilizado para los dolores musculares e inclusive dolores articulares, es muy popular en el mundo deportivo debido a este uso.

Alcanfor, muy útil para los dolores articulares, además de ser muy buen analgésico.

Mentol cristalizado, al igual que la trementina y el alcanfor, es muy utilizado para los dolores musculares y articulares, cómo dato curioso es el mentol el responsable de ese frío que sentimos cuando lo aplicamos pero esto es debido al efecto analgésico que posee.

Aceite de ballena, lo utilizamos para lograr mayor fijación de los componentes además de brindar un color amarillo bastante peculiar a nuestra fórmula.
