Muy buenos tardes a todos, espero empezaran con excelente pie y energía esta nueva semana, increíblemente ya nos encontramos a mitad de año en lo personal espero lograran encaminar sus planes o en el mejor de los casos lograran alcanzar sus metas, el día de hoy quiero traer para ustedes una Fórmula "Súper Hidratante" ideal para esas personas que sufren de piel reseca, que se les cuartean las manos, que sienten la piel escamosa o muy áspera.

Antes de mostrarles la formula quisiera decirles lo siguiente, la piel reseca se origina en la gran mayoría de las veces por falta de agua, es muy probable que la persona tome muy poca agua en el transcurso del día y recordemos que el cuerpo humano se compone de 70% de agua lo cual sino consumimos suficiente agua la piel empieza a resecarse y de hay surgen algunos problemas dermatológicos, claro hay muchos más factores que influyen pero el común de todos es la falta de consumo de agua, así que ya saben es recomendable tomar 2 litros de agua por día, créeme tu cuerpo lo agradecerá.

Ahora sí, a lo que vinimos la fórmula "Súper Hidrantante", que realmente la podemos preparar bien sea en crema o en loción, para ello necesitaremos de lo siguiente:

Crema unibase
Ácido Láctico
Elastina
Colágeno
Urea granulada
Mortero
Pistilo
Báscula o peso
Envase con tapa

La fórmula es súper sencilla la vamos a realizar para una capacidad de 120ml, lo primero que haremos será pesar 0.04gr de urea en nuestra báscula y lo vertimos en el mortero, con ayuda del pistilo procedemos a pulverizar hasta que quede completamente en polvo, no debe quedar ni un grumo de urea, debe estar totalmente pulverizada.

Ahora en esta oportunidad vamos a pesar 120gr de nuestra crema unibase, que para los que no sepan cómo elaborarla les dejo un link de un post: https://peakd.com/hive-131951/@thheyisus0/aprendiendo-hacer-formulaslearning-to-make-formulas-esp-eng en el cual explico como elaborarla, si al momento de preparar nuestra crema les quedó un poco aguada es perfecto ya que podemos elaborar "Loción Súper Hidratante", así que no se preocupen si les quedó un poco aguada o si les quedó como crema, ya que para esta fórmula funciona de ambas formas, luego de pesado los 120gr los vertimos en la urea pulverizada y empezamos a batir hasta que se unan estos dos elementos.

Ahora vamos a pesar nuestro ácido láctico, elastina y colágeno, pesaremos 0.025 gr de Ácido Láctico, 0.016 de Colágeno y 0.016 de elastina, vertimos todo esto en el mortero y mezclamos, luego a esta mezcla le agregamos la crema de urea con la unibase ya mezcladas y seguimos batiendo, recuerden que todo debe mezclarse bien quedar de forma homogénea como un toque personal si gustan pueden colocarle tres gotas de la esencia que deseen para obtener un mejor aroma, luego de esto lo colocamos en nuestro envase con tapa y listo, felicitaciones acabas de preparar tu propia fórmula "Súper Hidratante".

Ahora expliquemos para que sirven los componentes utilizados en esta fórmula:

Urea granulada, recuerdas cuando te dije que la piel reseca se origina principalmente por falta de agua en la piel? Una de las más grandes cualidades de la urea es que impide que el agua se pierda atraves de la piel, lo cual ayuda a mantener bastante hidratada a nuestra piel, aparte que actúa como exfoliante.

Colágeno, ayuda mucho a qué nuestra piel se mantenga hidratada, además que también ayuda a retrasar los signos del envejecimiento, retrasa la aparición de las arrugas, mejora los problemas con las líneas de expresión y brinda una protección extra contra agentes externos como lo son el Sol, el frío o la contaminación, sin duda una proteína que nuestro cuerpo requiere constantemente.

Elastina, va de la mano con el colágeno ya que la elastina promueve la elaboración de colágeno natural en nuestro cuerpo, mejora la elasticidad y lo más fundamental tiene al cuerpo hidratado.

Ácido Láctico, actúa como un exfoliante ya que ayuda a eliminar las células muertas de nuestra piel o con la descamación, uno de los síntomas de la piel reseca, al hacer esto deja paso libre para una piel más sana, firme y brillante, además que también ayuda a la producción de colágeno, que como leímos anteriormente aporta grandes resultados a la piel.

Crema unibase, una crema la cual es bastante versátil ya que le puedes agregar un sin fin de componentes para crear una nueva crema, cómo lo dice es la base para cualquier crema además de brindar bastante hidratación a nuestra piel.
