Hoy con una receta muy deliciosa y fácil de preparar se trata de una ensalada de atún con aguacate, es una comida que la podemos comer en el desayuno, almuerzo o la cena. A toda la familia le gusta, por eso me encanta prepararla.

Today with a very delicious and easy to prepare recipe is a tuna salad with avocado, it is a meal that can be eaten for breakfast, lunch or dinner. The whole family likes it, that's why I love to prepare it.

01 lata de atún, 03 papas, 01 zanahoria, 01 aguacate pequeño, 01 rama de cebollín, 02 ramas de cilantro, 03 cucharadas de mayonesa, 01 cucharadita de mostaza, 01 cucharadita de miel, sal al gusto.

01 can of tuna, 03 potatoes, 01 carrot, 01 small avocado, 01 branch of chives, 02 branches of cilantro, 03 tablespoons of mayonnaise, 01 teaspoon of mustard, 01 teaspoon of honey, salt to taste.

Lo primero que hago para hacer esta receta es cortar en cuadros pequeños las papas y la zanahoria, luego en una olla con agua y una ramita de cilantro pongo a cocer la zanahoria por cinco minutos para luego incorporar las papas hasta que ablande y cuelo.

The first thing I do to make this recipe is to cut the potatoes and carrots into small squares, then in a pot with water and a sprig of cilantro I cook the carrot for five minutes and then add the potatoes until it softens and strain.

Lo siguiente que hago es colocar los vegetales en un bol, agregarle el atún, el cebollín y el aguacate cortados en cuadros pequeños.

Para el aderezo en un bol coloco la mayonesa, la mostaza, la miel y la sal y emulsiono.

Por último se la añado a la ensalada también agrego el cilantro picado y revuelvo. Hoy la acompañe con rodajas de pan, pero pueden acompañarla con el contorno de su preferencia. Espero que les guste.
