Hoy les traigo una receta realmente deliciosa se trata de una pasta con pollo y salsa de queso, una comida para solucionar cuando tengamos de prisa y verás que todos querran repetir y quedaran fascinado por su exquisito sabor.

500 grs de filete de pechuga de pollo, 100 grs de queso mozzarella, 01 taza de leche, 01 puerro, 300 grs de pasta, 01 cucharada de fécula de maíz, 01 cucharada de mantequilla, 03 dientes de ajo, 01 cucharada de cúrcuma, sal y pimienta al gusto//500 grams of chicken breast fillet, 100 grams of mozzarella cheese, 01 cup of milk, 01 leek, 300 grams of pasta, 01 tablespoon of cornstarch, 01 tablespoon of butter, 03 cloves of garlic, 01 tablespoon of turmeric, salt and pepper to taste.
Lo primero que hago es cortar la pechuga en cubos, luego lo sazono con sal, pimienta, el ajo picado, cùrcuma y dejo reposar por una hora.

Para la salsa de queso, en una olla coloco mantequilla, sofrio el puerro picado, la leche, la fécula de maíz, el queso revuelvo y cocino hasta que espece.

Lista la pasta la incorporo a la salsa de queso revuelvo cocino por un minuto y bajo del fuego.

Sirvo caliente, le añado un poco de cilantro fresco picado y disfruto de un exquisito y sencillo plato.
