Hoy con esta nutritiva bebida de fresa, banana y chia, esta combinación de estas dos frutas y las semillas de a chia le da un sabor muy delicioso , además nos aporta un alto contenido en fibras, vitaminas y minerales, es ideal para deportistas o después de un entrenamiento para llenarte de mucha energía, también te ayudará a la digestión. ¡Está buenisimo!

150 grs de fresas, 01 banana, 01 vaso de leche, 01 cucharada de chia y azúcar al gusto.

Comienzo hidratando la chia con un poco de agua caliente para activarla, las fresas las lavo y desinfecto con agua y vinagre y las enjuago con abundante agua, para luego quitarles las hojas y cortarlas en trozos.
