Hoy comparto una receta de Pollo a la plancha y Vegetales guisados, que es una de mis favoritas porque es nutritiva y fácil de hacer. El pollo es la proteina que más consumo porque aporta una gran cantidad de nutrientes a nuestro organismo. Tiene un alto contenido en vitaminas, ácido fólico, fósforo y minerales. Este plato es ideal para cocinar para toda la familia y es excelente para nuestra dieta.
Today I am sharing a recipe for Grilled Chicken and Stewed Vegetables, which is one of my favorites because it is nutritious and easy to make. Chicken is the protein that I consume the most because it provides a lot of nutrients to our body. It has a high content of vitamins, folic acid, phosphorus and minerals. This dish is ideal to cook for the whole family and is excellent for our diet.
01 pechuga de pollo 02 papas, 01 calabacín, 10 vainitas, 01 zanahoria, 01 tomate, 03 cebollines, 01 pimentón, 02 dientes de ajo, 01 cucharada de paprika, 01 cucharada de cúrcuma, 02 cucharadas de ajo en polvo, 01 cucharada de miel, 01 cucharada de orégano, sal y pimienta al gusto.
01 chicken breast, 02 potatoes, 01 zucchini, 10 beans, 01 carrot, 01 tomato, 03 scallions, 01 bell pepper, 02 cloves of garlic, 01 tablespoon of paprika, 01 tablespoon of turmeric, 02 tablespoons of garlic powder, 01 tablespoon of honey, 01 tablespoon of oregano, salt and pepper to taste.
Primero condimento el pollo, le coloco la sal, el ajo en polvo, la cúrcuma y la miel dejo macerar por media hora, luego en una plancha lo engraso y aso el pollo por ambos lados hasta que dorar.
First I season the chicken, add salt, garlic powder, turmeric and honey and let it macerate for half an hour, then I grease a griddle and grill the chicken on both sides until golden brown.
Para los vegetales en una olla con aceite sofrio el cebollín, el pimentón y el ajo por unos minutos, seguido agrego la zanahoria, las vainitas, los tomates, las papas y el calabacín.
For the vegetables, in a pot with oil I sauté the scallion, bell pepper and garlic for a few minutes, then I add the carrots, beans, tomatoes, potatoes and zucchini.
Luego se le agrega una taza de agua, la sal, la paprika, el orégano y la pimienta, tapamos y dejamos cocer hasta que los vegetales se ablande.
Then add a cup of water, salt, paprika, oregano and pepper, cover and cook until the vegetables are tender.
Ya listo sirvo y disfruto de un saludable plato.
Now ready to serve and enjoy a healthy dish.
