Hoy les traigo este delicioso snack, se trata de unas una torta de coco. Hacerlas es súper sencillo, empezando porque no hay que batir mucho y es prepararda con una mezcla que la encontramos en los supermercado, Perfectas para disfrutar en la merienda acompañada con una taza de café, chocolate, un vaso de leche o simplemente solo, una verdadera delicia.

Today I bring you this delicious snack, it is a coconut cake. Making them is super simple, starting because you do not have to beat much and is prepared with a mixture that we find in supermarkets, perfect to enjoy at snack time accompanied with a cup of coffee, chocolate, a glass of milk or just alone, a real treat.

01 paquete de mezcla para tortas sabor a coco, 03 huevos, 1/4 taza de mantequilla, 01 taza de leche y 1/4 taza de coco seco rallado para adornar//01 package coconut-flavored cake mix, 03 eggs, 1/4 cup butter, 01 cup milk and 1/4 cup shredded desiccated coconut for garnish

Para esta receta lo primero que hago es colocar en un bol la mantequilla y los huevos bato con una batidora eléctrica hasta unir muy bien.

For this recipe, the first thing I do is to put the butter and eggs in a bowl and beat them with an electric mixer until they are well combined.

Seguido incorporo la leche y la mezcla para tortas poco a poco y bato con un batidor por cuatro a cinco minutos hasta que se integren muy bien.

Then I add the milk and the cake mix little by little and beat with a whisk for four to five minutes until well blended.

Luego coloco la mezcla en una bandeja para tortas enharinada y engrasada. Llevo al horno a 180 ºC por media hora aproximadamente.

Then I place the mixture in a floured and greased cake pan. I bake in the oven at 180 ºC for about half an hour.

Ya pasado el tiempo la saco del horno, la dejo enfriar, la desmoldo y le añado coco rallado por encima y listo a disfrutar de una deliciosa y sencilla torta.

Once the time has passed, I take it out of the oven, let it cool, place it on a plate and add grated coconut on top and ready to enjoy a delicious and simple cake.
