¡Hola a todos!

Bueno, no esperaba enamorarme tanto de este juego, pero tengo que admitir que he estado pasando unos momentos increíbles jugándolo. Para este episodio ya logramos resolver todos los problemas que tuvimos en un principio, pero noté que tuve unos problemas de micrófono así que OBS no detectó mi micrófono en parte del video, lool.

Pero ignorando eso, aquí podemos ver un gran avance de toda nuestra base y también explorando un montón de cosas en esta isla misteriosa.

Como pueden ver, construimos una casa decente para nosotros 4 y también comenzamos la construcción de lo que es la poderosísima muralla que nos protegerá de los caníbales.

Algo bastante curioso de The Forest es el sistema de construcción, que también noté que es bastante diferente en comparación a cómo era en un principio. Aquí la mayoría de construcciones son en realidad planos predefinidos que solamente te piden conseguir los elementos, pero noté que ahora existen muchas más construcciones personalizables.

No estoy del todo seguro de cómo funciona exactamente, pero siento que podremos construir cosas únicas y épicas con este sistema.

La mayoría de este episodio se trató de construir esta muralla y también construir tirolinas que nos permitieran movernos rápidamente desde nuestra base hacia donde están los recursos. En un principio me pareció buena idea establecer nuestra base en esta montaña porque pensé que este árbol tenía poderes místicos que mantenían a los caníbales alejados de nuestra zona, pero con el paso de los días terminé notando que efectivamente no funciona así XD.

Debo admitir que me siento algo arrepentido porque ahora bajar a conseguir recursos es una pesadilla, especialmente cuando tenemos que estar bajando y subiendo con nuestros carritos de troncos. ¿Construiremos una segunda base? Nadie lo sabe.

Se supone que así es como luce la gran muralla que decidimos comenzar a construir, pero esto es un pequeño spoiler.. así que mejor esperen a que llegue el próximo video.

The Forest está siendo bastante divertido hasta ahora, soy alguien que solía ver muchos videos de este juego y ver lo tanto que ha cambiado me pone algo nostálgico. Muchos youtubers para ese momento probaban la beta así que muy probablemente hayan cosas nuevas o cambiadas y yo ni tengo idea haha.

Hello everyone!

Well, I didn't expect to fall in love with this game so much, but I have to admit that I've been having some amazing moments playing it. For this episode we already managed to solve all the problems we had in the beginning, but I noticed that I had some microphone problems so OBS didn't detect my microphone in part of the video, lool.

But ignoring that, here we can see a great preview of our whole base and also exploring a lot of things in this mysterious island.

As you can see, we build a decent house for the 4 of us and we also start the construction of what is the mighty wall that will protect us from the cannibals.

Something quite curious about The Forest is the construction system, which I also noticed is quite different compared to how it was in the beginning. Here most constructions are actually predefined blueprints that only ask you to get the elements, but I noticed that now there are a lot more customizable constructions.

I'm not entirely sure exactly how it works, but I feel like we'll be able to build unique and epic things with this system.

Most of this episode was about building this wall and also building zip lines that would allow us to move quickly from our base to where the resources are. At first I thought it was a good idea to set up our base on this mountain because I thought this tree had mystical powers that kept the cannibals away from our area, but as the days went by I ended up noticing that it indeed doesn't work like that XD.

I must admit that I feel somewhat regretful because now going down to get resources is a nightmare, especially when we have to be going down and up with our log carts. Will we build a second base? No one knows.

This is supposed to be what the big wall we decided to start building looks like, but this is a bit of a spoiler... so you better wait for the next video.

The Forest is being pretty fun so far, I'm someone who used to watch a lot of videos of this game and seeing how much it has changed makes me a bit nostalgic. A lot of youtubers by that time were beta testing so most likely there are new or changed things and I have no idea haha.
