Tasty chowmin recipe
Hello & Namaste!
Today I went to the market, where there was a lot of crowd on a cart on which chowmins were being made.
We also ate chowmein from there which was very tasty, the vendor had made that chowmin by putting fresh vegetables in front of us.
I want to tell you its recipe so that you can make it at your home and enjoy chowmein.
What we need to make chowmein is-
Maida Noodle.
Onion.
Tomato.
Capsicum.
Cabbage.
Garlic.
Chili.
Salt.
Black pepper.
chili sauce.
Tomato Sauce.
Soy Sauce.
Vinegar.
Oil.
So let's start making.
First of all we will get the noodles in hot water. But remember that the noodles only need to be 80% cooked, as overcooking will cause them to stick.
After the noodles are cooked, take them out and pour cold water on them and let them dry for 5 to 6 minutes by taking them out of a big vessel.
After they dry, add a little oil to it, this will separate the noodles and will not stick together.
Now put the gas on the highest flame and put a pan on it and spread some oil in the pan and spread it well.
Now put garlic and chilli in a pan and cook, then add onion, tomato, cabbage and capsicum and fry it for 1 to 2 minutes, in such a time the vegetables are cooked well.
Now put the noodles in a pan on high flame and then put soy sauce, chili sauce, vinegar, salt and pepper all in it and mix them well. Now it is done and ready. You can eat it by adding tomato sauce to it.
Little kids here love to eat chowmein and I like it too.
Namaste🙏🙏
