Potato and Began pakora recipe
Hello & Namaste!
Today some guests came to my house. Because of which I made a snack which is quick to prepare and tastes good too. That's why I want to share its recipe with you.
Which I love very much and I definitely make it once a week. This is Began and Potato Pakora, which tastes very tasty.
We need live material for this, that is-
Garlic.
Ginger.
Chili.
Onion.
Gram flour.
Turmeric.
Brinjal.
Potato.
Oil.
Salt.
So let's start making it now.
First of all we will prepare the batter for the pokodas. For better, we will make a thick paste by adding water to the gram flour and then add finely chopped chili, salt and turmeric to it.
Now add thinly sliced, brinjal, onion and potato to this paste and then mix it well in the paste.
Now put oil in a pan and let it heat up well and then when the oil becomes hot, add potatoes, brinjals and onions dipped in gram flour paste and fry it.
When it becomes golden after cooking, then take it out in a plate.
We like to eat pakoras with chutney.
To make chutney, we need to grind garlic, ginger, chilli and salt finely, now it is ready to eat with pakoras.
Our Sundays are incomplete without pakoras and milk tea.
I hope you liked this pakora recipe.
Namaste🙏🙏
