Capturing the moon

I have often said that capturing moon is one of the difficult shots a photographer takes. Keep aside the best camera and let's talk about skills.

With a mid range camera you can take decent shots at the moon but what if you don't even have that mid range camera.

We use our smartphone camera as well sometimes and on smartphone camera it is even more difficult but here are some shots that i captured.

This is without the night mode.

Here is the shot in night mode , you can compare both of them.

For me i think for using that night mode you must also have a great smartphone camera because in mid range smartphone this mode does nothing but increase brightness of the photograph.

Yes it do takes good shot if not moon but again as i said , a better smartphone is always good to use. i liked the first shot more.
