Don't worry, you only have to worry about yourself, first!

I was reading reports on how technology is shaping the world and how it affects humanity in total. If I take myself, I carry a laptop, smartphone, Bluetooth headphones, smartwatch, tablet all day long. I sometimes feel I am a moving Chernobyl, not just emitting radiations, but even I don't know what other things these gadgets are emitting which we are yet to find. It may sound funny to the reader who doesn't see any significant effects of devices on themselves, but it does.

If we compare ourselves to the people of, say 1921 or say 1821, I see that we have more diseases and issues related to the brain. ADHD, OCD, Depression, Anxiety, Disturbed sleeping rhythm, hard time thinking or focusing are just a few of what we are experiencing in one way or another. The good is that the root of the problems mentioned above are gadgets majorly, and the bad thing is that you may have one of these issues and you are unaware of it.

The solution is simple - to avoid gadgets. But when experts say this, we are like, "Hey, my life's significant parts are gadgets; I do message, gaming, binge-watching or even If I am busy person, my work entirely relies on gadgets all day long!"

If you are murmuring similar words in your brain, I would like to say, "Hey, If you don't find the time for your wellness. Then be prepared to make time during your illness."

I installed an app usage tracking application on my phone for a month and found out that I spend around 5 hours on average every day. The app showed that I am somewhat productive between 3 - 5 Pm. The app doesn't know that I sleep during that time, so my time to be adequate is highly fragmented. My work is due, and I am having a hard time focusing on work. Don't worry; I will figure a way out of it and get myself back on track again.

I am quoting my things here to say that check what you are doing yourself. Don't just worry about the world; worry about yourself as well. You don't need a medical report to start taking care of yourself. You are a wise person; take intelligent decisions.
