An update for this week and why it is different

Hi everyone let me start by saying, there will be no Resident Evil Village post this week and instead, I will share a screenshot from different games I have been playing now and then along with a little about the game.

This is due to having whooping cough for over a week, on the rough stage when I had all week off work and felt like death between the sore body, coughing fits sounding like mass wheezing at time, nose setting me off and just overall feeling miserable. But I am getting better, it has been brutal since everyone in the house also had it and the resting was not possible!

Onto the games I have played now and then

I will start off with Red Dead Redemption 2.. as I originally bought it to play modded and make some posts about it but realised, it had been years since I played vanilla with no mods and I just stuck with playing and enjoying the game as is!

It always looks beautiful while played ranging from riding in the open fields with sun shining, fighting bandits or becoming one, robbing people or trains, getting new and upgraded weapons and having an awesome time as a cowboy.

Metro 2033 is an atmospherically stunning and amazing game to play. I have not looked into the backstory and how the world came to be, for a long time now.. but the surface conditions seem to not be breathable without a mask on, creatures come for the humans, you barter with ammo and use both quality or home made style weapons in the game.

Post apocalyptic games like this, have always been high on my list and my first play through when it was realised a long time ago now, I got a good chunk of the way into the game but never got back to it.

Anyone that has played a good amount of the first game The Forest, will know it can be unforgiving and tough at times, but cutting down trees and making your base and safe, while fighting off cannibals is a thrilling experience!

The second one Sons of the Forest, it is pretty similar from what I have seen so far and more of an upgrade, I think. The crafting mat does feel tougher to use at first but better, but the book and working out how to build is what takes a bit longer, if only going in blind.

Better watch out for these big, bad, weapon wielding cannibals that are tough bastards and your little starter hatchet aint shit!

The final one to mention is none other, than the legendary Starcraft 1 which is always a great game to play. I didn't get to more than playing part of one map that I got to being attacked once or twice, before attacking blue in the bottom left with what I had and having to retreat my carrier.

It is an RTS game that has many maps or modded maps, three different races with different units, abilities and more to use, a great single player campaign to follow through and a great time overall will be had, playing the game.

I am hoping to get back to these games at times so I can progress further, enjoying them at the same time and also trying new games as well. VR is on the table as well because I miss the virtual reality world, the games I was loving playing and just escaping the world.

All screenshots taken are from my let's play playthrough of the game .

I wasn't sure if you play on PC, but I think you do since you mentioned mods. I'm going to start RDR2 again this weekend so I can finally finish it. I play it on Xbox because the only PC I have is a Mac laptop.

It is PC I play on. Have fun playing RDR2 again!
Console play is still a lot of fun, as long as you enjoy the game yourself
