Let's play Hell Pie - Making the devil's birthday pie won't be easy
The devil requires a pie made for his birthday
Let me start by thanking @pusen for this gem of a game, as part of one of his giveaways run to pass on spare games to the Hive community.
Finally I have been able to get around to getting the games played and this game so far, has been a lot of fun and cool to play, I like it!
I plan on doing more games as a let's play, so I can bring the gameplay to you all and enjoy just getting through games while having fun, getting some cool screenshots and telling about my experience or what is happening as I play the game!
We start off on Hell Pie playing as the demon named Nate who has been tasked by Satan a.k.a the devil, to ensure the Chef knows about his birthday pie that is required and must be made, so please Satan.
First thing's first.. collect these purple gem things showing all around the place because like any other platformer or other sort of game, these will be used for upgrading or buying stuff. My lifelong gaming experience has taught me it will be important!
On the way to the kitchen to see the Chef and inform him of the devil's pie still required, for his birthday, the first teleporter was found and can be used after unlocking others in order to travel around quicker.
As you can see by the map for the teleport stones, we are just mostly going around and finding the way to the kitchen while collecting more of the purple gem things.
When you get outside to get back inside where you need to be.. you experience the first jumping and dashing that could make your fate sealed, by plummeting and reviving to keep living in this hell. But it keeps getting better as you learn additional things to use and understand what the hell you are doing and what you will need to get.
Upon getting to an open area with multiple different ways to go or at least, eventually go which are based on the seven sins, you meet Asmodei who sells you sexy outfits which costs the purple gem things. Not enough to afford one yet but once a bigger stockpile is saved up we will definitely be getting something!
After looking around and finding this little pet angel thing called Nugget it was time to continue toward seeing Chef.
Nugget helps Nate to do more like attacking, or to get to further away or higher up places by swinging up and it was going to help to complete stages and get through the game.
It wasn't that much further until I reached Chef who gave me a shopping list of ingredients to find for the pie, something that is required if the game was to be completed at some point, in the time spent getting this stupid pie made!
After this was done, an elevator opened to the surface of where ever it would bloody be taking me and whatever I was going to be seeing up there.
It was looking like it would be an interesting journey up here, a quick look first saw some land based octopus thing or whatever this creature is, on this jetty.
At least there are rubber duck floaties which can be ridden on the water, what a nice sort of job holiday that would be quite enjoyable.. not too much time though is able to be spent to do some sight seeing as it can be done throughout the time working.
We will have to see just what else this strange place will be bringing and throwing at Nate, as we play further into the game and the acquiring of ingredients for the devil's birthday pie.

What an interesting-looking title. So many little indie gems are popping up lately. This gives me a good view just looking at the screenshots.
