What a cute kid you have! Makes me miss the good old days! I'm glad you had a nice Christmas and your son looks like he's really happy with his new stuff. I really miss having a kid that age!
Sounds like you did OK with that camera, and I haven't heard of Whoop. Do the added metrics make it worthwhile?

You and me both... This was the fastest year I have ever experienced. I can see that it will only get faster from here! It needs to slow down a bit!
That is a tough question to answer. It is definitely overpriced, but it has really been helping me to narrow down some health issues and sort them out. I have been improving my sleep and drinking enough water which has been dramatically improving my HRV (Heart Rate Variability) which is a great indicator of overall health. But I do think that the membership fee needs to come down a bit before I can generally recommend it.
I'm hoping next year won't fly by so fast, we're not getting any younger! Studies have shown that a lower heart rate does increase life expectancy, so hydration is definitely key there!
