Just as they say, "What a man can do, a woman can do better." This kept entering my head sometimes, and I wondered what was going on initially. Is this real or not in the true sense? But to be candid, this is true and a real fact. These days, we see a lot of changes going around, and we see many things changing as well.

I see a lot of women now going into things men do, and they can carry out these tasks with the aid of learning. I decided to talk about this today because of some changes I have seen around me and the way things have been going on with the surrounding ladies.

We all need to encourage women to do more things because some of them are trying their best to make sure that they are not left behind, and especially in the entrepreneurship field, we can see that ladies are not coming in more than the guys.

Aside from the fact that most ladies do more entrepreneurship, there is still some aspect of entrepreneurship that we are not looking at and from which these ladies are coming, and they are making more money. I will still talk more about this topic in my next post, but let's still discuss it today.

The aspect I will be talking about today is shoemaking. Initially, as I began to grow, I saw mostly guys doing this business, but now we see a lot of ladies diving into it. Not just because of the money they will earn from it, but because it is lucrative. Aside from being ladies, it also makes it easy for them to be able to market themselves to people.

One thing I notice is that it is very easy, or sometimes easy, for them as females because most people will want to explore what they have to offer. That is why sometimes, when you are in a competition with a lady, the lady tends to win, not because the guy isn't good, but because people will cherish the lady because it's coming from a lady.

I am not saying this to be biased, but it's just the truth. Let us endeavour to cherish our female children because the world is revolving, and many things are changing with time. Talking about shoe making, I have a friend who is a lady who does it, and sometimes I see some ladies around also doing the same.

At some point, due to a monetary issue, the lady was unable to get her full equipment for her business because she is a student, so she decided to go out to meet those that had the full machine so that she could use it. Along the way, she has been maltreated by some guys there because they saw her as a lady, and they never believed she could do things like that because it's for guys.

After some time, we had some discussions, and she was able to get some of the machines for making shoes, both male and female. This has now placed her at the top level, even above some guys who do this as a full-time job. No business is too small to grow, and no one is too small to make a business stand. Regardless of gender or race, what we all need and want is to make more profit. More so, let's always encourage our female children whenever they are into any form of business around us.

Como dicen, "Lo que un hombre puede hacer, una mujer lo puede hacer mejor". A veces me entraba esto en la cabeza y me preguntaba qué estaba pasando inicialmente. ¿Es real o no en el verdadero sentido? Pero para ser sincero, es cierto y un hecho real. En estos días, vemos muchos cambios alrededor, y vemos muchas cosas cambiando también.

Ahora veo a muchas mujeres dedicándose a cosas que hacen los hombres, y pueden llevar a cabo estas tareas con la ayuda del aprendizaje. Decidí hablar de esto hoy debido a algunos cambios que he visto a mi alrededor y la forma en que las cosas han estado pasando con las damas circundantes.

Todos tenemos que animar a las mujeres a hacer más cosas porque algunas de ellas están haciendo todo lo posible para no quedarse atrás, y especialmente en el campo del espíritu empresarial, podemos ver que las damas no están entrando más que los chicos.

Aparte del hecho de que la mayoría de las damas se dedican más al empresariado, todavía hay algún aspecto del empresariado que no estamos contemplando y del que estas damas están saliendo, y están ganando más dinero. Aún hablaré más de este tema en mi próximo post, pero hablemos de ello hoy.

El aspecto del que hablaré hoy es la zapatería. Al principio, cuando empecé a crecer, veía sobre todo a hombres dedicados a este negocio, pero ahora vemos a muchas mujeres dedicándose a ello. No sólo por el dinero que ganarán, sino porque es lucrativo. Además de ser mujeres, también les facilita la comercialización.

Una cosa que noto es que es muy fácil, o a veces fácil, para ellas como hembras porque la mayoría de la gente querrá explorar lo que tienen que ofrecer. Por eso, a veces, cuando compites con una mujer, la mujer tiende a ganar, no porque el hombre no sea bueno, sino porque la gente apreciará a la mujer porque viene de una mujer.

No lo digo para ser parcial, sino porque es la verdad. Esforcémonos por apreciar a nuestras hijas, porque el mundo gira y muchas cosas cambian con el tiempo. Hablando de hacer zapatos, tengo una amiga que es una señora que lo hace, y a veces veo a algunas señoras por ahí también haciendo lo mismo.

En algún momento, por una cuestión monetaria, la señora no pudo conseguir el equipo completo para su negocio porque es estudiante, así que decidió salir al encuentro de quienes tenían la máquina completa para poder usarla. En el camino, fue maltratada por algunos chicos porque la veían como una dama, y nunca creyeron que pudiera hacer cosas así porque es para chicos.

Después de algún tiempo, tuvimos algunas discusiones, y ella pudo conseguir algunas de las máquinas para hacer zapatos, tanto masculinos como femeninos. Esto la ha colocado ahora en el nivel más alto, incluso por encima de algunos chicos que se dedican a esto a tiempo completo. Ningún negocio es demasiado pequeño para crecer, y nadie es demasiado pequeño para hacer valer un negocio. Independientemente del sexo o la raza, lo que todos necesitamos y queremos es obtener más beneficios. Es más, animemos siempre a nuestras hijas mujeres siempre que se dediquen a cualquier tipo de negocio a nuestro alrededor.
