1️⃣ Todos tenemos un punto de ebullición diferente, algunos nos enfadamos fácilmente, otros tienen un temperamento muy frío. Por favor, comparte una cosa que te haga enfadar, cuánto tiempo permaneces enfadado y qué o quién puede apaciguarte.
1️⃣ We all have a different boiling point, some of us are easily angered, others are really cool tempered. Kindly share one thing that makes you angry, how long do you stay mad, and what or who can pacify you.
Por lo general tengo un temperamento frío, es difícil y poco usual que me enfade por algo, pero cuando me ha pasado, es debido a personas tóxicas que me solicitan asesoría y después de tanto criticar mi forma de trabajar e incluso de humillarme, entonces me contratan. Estos clientes no se dan cuenta de mi enfado porque me controlo e incluso paso por tonta. Para calmarme respiro profundo, tomo un poco de agua, ignoro comentarios que crean desavenencias, y culmino mi asesoría en plena armonía. A estos clientes les presto servicio una sola vez, porque son nocivos para mi salud mental.
I usually have a cold temper, it is difficult and unusual for me to get angry about something, but when it has happened to me, it is because of toxic people who ask me for advice and after criticising my way of working so much and even humiliating me, then they hire me. These clients don't notice my anger because I control myself and even play dumb. To calm down, I take a deep breath, drink some water, ignore comments that create disagreements, and complete my consultancy in complete harmony. I serve these clients only once, because they are harmful to my mental health.

Tengo dos bocadillos favoritos: la pizza Margarita con doble queso acompañada del refresco Coca-Cola y el helado Magnum en cualquiera de sus sabores (chocolate intenso, con coco, con almendras).

I have two favourite snacks: Margarita pizza with double cheese and Coca-Cola and Magnum ice cream in any of its flavours (deep chocolate, coconut, almond).
