My Actifit Report Card: July 30 2022 Super Saturday!
What a day! I woke up later than expected but I don't regret it. I had an intense week and I really needed to rest so it was time well spent.
However, that did mean I had to make great use of my time to make sure I would be able to get everything I wanted done. It wasn't easy and I spent most of the day doing some work stuff but in the end it totally paid off
However, the day was not yet over. I still needed to get some exercise in and since it was a cool Winter day, I decided to go for a run and get my muscles warm.
It was a good one and I was able to hit my goal for the day so now I'm going to relax a bit and go to bed. Tomorrow will be busy as well but hopefully not so much.
