Trustwallet: The multi-blockchain wallet with amazing features
There is every tendency that there is no way you can be part of cryptocurrency without owing a cryptocurrency wallet. Just like what I said above, it is not possible at all. The reason is because there is every tendency that your cryptocurrency asset needs to be saved somewhere and also you need a medium where you can access it and also at the same time be able to send and check received fund with it.
Before I commence let me use this medium to tell us what a wallet is and what cryptocurrency wallet is. A wallet can be seen as something that is used for holding items. Remember your wallet is not for holding money alone that is why I mentioned items. While carrying out this research I came across Trust wallet. I immediately run to some of my friends and ask them if they had knowledge about this cryptocurrency wallet and they all said yes. Almost all of them said that they have been using this wallet for long and they all asked me to give it a try and I did.
Trustwallet can be defined as an online multi purpose cryptocurrency wallet which is used for holding cryptocurrency asset.
One special thing that I know about Trustwallet that gladdens my heart is that it is a multipurpose wallet i.e with it you can add different cryptocurrency asset from different blockchain. Take for instant you can add asset from different blockchain like Binance Smart Chain, Polygon, Idchain asset to this wallet by running some easy settings.

To make use of trust wallet after downloading it is to try set your account up. Open the app and launch it. Once it opens you will be asked to import wallet or create new account. By importing account it means that if you have your wallet before you can simply use the secret Phrase to log into your account instead of creating a new one but if you don't have a wallet account, you can click on create new account and set up your new account. After setting up your new account make sure that you save your phrase. If you lost it you won't be able to get access to your fund again. Treat this very special, once your account is gone and you have no keys, just forget the account because there is no remedy to it. So follow my advice and save it properly.
After saving it you will come across the interface where you will see Tokens, collectibles, wallet, dapps, Dex, settings, send, buy, receive. I will be explaining their various functions.
- Send: If you want to send tokens out the first thing to do is to first of all collect the wallet address of the receiver and then click on send. Input the wallet, insert the amount you want to send and click send. You will be asked to pay transaction fee, once you do that and it is confirmed the fund will depart your account and move into the receivers account.
- Receive: If you want to receive fund all you have to do is to give the person that wants to send you the fund your receiver's address and the person will carry out same process which I explained when I was talking about how to send token.
- Buy: If you want to buy cryptocurrency asset you can easily make use of this feature and you will get your token with ease.
4: Token: There is nothing special here, it is still like the wallet. It is just displayed the amount of fund owned by you.
5: Collectibles: This feature is meant to display the Non Fungible token that you are holding. So with Trust wallet you can see all the Non Fungible token that you receive without stress.
- Dapps: This is a browser which you can use to perform cryptocurreny related activities. You can use it to access any site of your choice. The main reason while this feature is there is because if you want to buy cryptocurrency from an exchange you can easily visit the site through this medium and carry out the buying activities. Lots can be done with this feature.
- Wallet: This menu will display your asset and all the features that I mentioned above.
- Dex: This feature is used to run swap between two token. It is very easy to use.
- Settings: It has so many sub features. You can use it to make some changes to the app. Some of it sub features include: dark mode, wallet, security, push notifications, preferences, prices etc.
