Once connected you will see your different pools.

Click trade and once it opens click on exchange. After you must have done this the page will open and it will lead you to pancakeswap finance where you will complete the trade.

This is where you have to be observant before you do the wrong thing. Once the page opens you might be the one to search for RBS manually and if that doesn't works you can use the contract address of the RBS token to add it to your wallet so that your RBS can shows up.
