Study Sketch - Portraiture with Strokes.

This is a new thing for me, and if I am being sincere, it's been really tough shading with just strokes and trying to understand my lines but I also understand that good things like learning doesn't come so easy all the time so I'm willing to play along with the whole process.

Taking a look at the shading well, somehow my scribble still tries to find its way into it all the time but I guess I'll be saving the scribble journey for sometime in the feature.

Hello @tezzmax! I really liked this sketch, I think your shading came out very well. I would love to learn how to do this, I guess I should just take the pencil and experiment with my lines. What do you think? Also, I'm curious, is this a self-portrait? The look in his eyes feels very alive to me. Thank you for sharing!

Thanks friend.
It's not a self portrait and yes, if you put your mind to it and try to enjoy what you're doing, it would definitely come out fine over time.
