Study Sketch - Homeless Man....

Hello Fellow Artists,

I would really love to hear from you guys on this. I made the above drawing today with the mindset that I want to develop a way to draw with more of lines and not with my regular shading skills.

Though it was quite tricky but I enjoyed the process and the final outcome. Drawing with lines today actually made me understand better what freedom really means in drawing and I would love to take my time to master this approach too.

I think the combination of shading and line is fascinating, although I would like to see a little more work in the background, which blends perfectly with the figure to be drawn. I think this is a great way to work in graphite, greetings! @tezzmax

You kept the lines loose, but there's enough structure to really define the figure (nice dark shadows give a sense of depth). Also I like the contrast between the lines used for shading, which suggest quickness, with the seated position of the figure, which suggests rest or calm. Overall, I like it
