Menopausia. Una etapa inevitable 🥴 // Menopause. An inevitable stage 🥴

Hello to all my friends of this great community; pleasure to greet you, I hope you have the best weekend, it should be noted that in my country it is a long weekend because Monday is a national holiday because we celebrate the July 24 birthday of our liberator Simon Bolivar.
Today I bring you a post about a topic that I have been wanting to talk about for a long time; it is about menopause or premenopause, so to speak.
As we all know menopause is a normal process in women; but we all have our own experience.
It should be noted that this topic has already been addressed by hundreds of women as well as men, but I will tell you about my particular experience.
For about two years I have been experiencing changes in my body because my hormones began to decrease as something natural; we already know that, producing sleep disorders, vapors or heat, sometimes vaginal dryness, dry skin, frequent headaches, hair loss, abnormal bleeding and especially anxiety.
Many women have not experienced these changes when they no longer see their regular period, which I would like to be my case because they bother me a lot, altering my quality of life, such as: the heat and the sudden change of temperature; that makes me feel anxious and frustrated and sometimes even annoying, although if I am honest it is the least I want to experience since I do not want to suffer from mood swings and be labeled as bipolar.
For me it has been very hard to try to adapt to this situation even though I have always been clear about the hormonal changes that women go through; since it is a natural biological process.
I have tried to change my life habits to be able to cope with this situation until one day my period disappears completely; I have learned to eat differently trying to avoid certain foods by medical recommendation, wear light clothes to alleviate the heat a little, exercise from time to time since I am not a person to have an exercise routine; just as I always walk with enough water if I go to the street or to work to hydrate myself.
In these last 3 months where the temperature has increased more than normal, I feel that this condition hits me even more, making me resort to homemade teas from plants such as Salvia, which is a very good plant to mitigate the symptoms of menstruation and menopause, according to grandmother's recommendations.
Lately I have been thinking about using estrogen-based alternative hormone therapy, such as patches or oral, to counteract the symptoms.
So far I follow my gynecological control and the recommendations of the same and I hope that as far as possible the symptoms will disappear soon.
Thank you all for reading me and I would like to hear about your experiences in this regard; see you in the next post.
